Kids Dinosaur Book - Create a Critter Cricut Cartridge and Zutter Binder
I just love these books for the kids. I used the Create a Critter Cricut cartridge. I decorated the outside and the first page. The rest of the book is blank pages ready for them to draw, write and color in.
First Book Recipe:
5 1/2" x 4 1/2"
Yellow Dinosaur is 3 1/2" (page 50)
Volcano is 1 1/2" (layers 1, 2, shadow)
Volcano inside book is 3"
Dinosaur - Layers 1, 3, shadow
I used cardboard and covered it with printed paper on the outside and blue cardstock on the inside
I used my Zutter using Zutter black wires Bind-it-All 3/4" to bind the book with 9 wires
Tied red ribbon to the binding
Used Stickles Gemstones and Crystal Glitter for eyes and mouth
Used typing paper for blank sheets of paper
Inkadinkado clear stamp for "Handmade with Love" on first page
Second Book Recipe:
4 1/2" x 4 1/2"
Purple Dinosaur is 3" (page 51)
Used black for shadow, Green for layer 1, purple for layer 2 and light purple for layer 3 of dinosaur.
Green Leaf is 3" layer 1 is green and shadow is dark green
I used cardboard and printed paper on the outside covers and green cardstock for the inside covers
I used my Zutter using Zutter black wires Bind-in-All 3/4" to bind the book with 6 wires

Amber - these were so much fun to make. Your kids will love them. I like the binded books better than the glued books (I made previously), for the little ones. They hold up better for them.
